We would like to draw your attention to the following: Evolve Hockey NL will do everything possible to prevent accidents, but it is good to know that as with any sport, there are also risks in our sport. We therefore only offer activities if the conditions below are understood and signed: • The participant participates voluntarily and at his/her own risk in the activities of the tournament. • The participant declares to be in good health and not to have consumed alcohol and/or drugs before the start and during the tournament. • The participant is aware of the possible dangers that the activities at the tournament may entail. • The participant must be in possession of his/her own health, accident or travel insurance. • The participant understands that Evolve Hockey NL cannot be held liable for damage and/or injury to personal property or themselves. • If an event unexpectedly occurs during an activity that leads to liability of Evolve Hockey NL, that liability will be limited to the amount paid for participation in the tournament. • If the participant is under the age of 18, a parent/guardian has agreed to let the participant join the tournament according to the above conditions. • Dutch law applies to this agreement.
